As a major partner, the Group opened the first large-scale department store in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, in 1996. The department store has a GFA of 42,000 m2 and occupies a total retail floor area of over 20,000 m2 within Zhenjiang Commercial Complex, a shopping mall equipped with modern facilities. The Complex has achieved remarkable business results. Among the department store members in China, it was one of the top 100 retail companies in terms of sales volume and profits in 2008. Another 33,000 sq. m. branch store is under development and is scheduled to open in 2010.

Fortune Mall is a key facility at Beijing Fortune Plaza, boasting a GFA of 38,000 m2. It is situated at the heart of the CBD and is adjacent to MTR Line No. 10, which links up the four major business zones of Zhongguancun, Olympics, Yansha and CBD. It encircles a 10,000 m2 central plaza, occupying a superior location of only a street away from the CCTV headquarters and thus bringing a large number of middle-to-high-end shoppers. The mall is positioned to offer upscale, fashionable brands in a multifunctional setting for leisure, entertainment, brands display, specialty dining and cultural exchange. In addition, a total GFA of 150,000 m2 in Chongqing Fortune Plaza has been dedicated to Fortune Mall and Lakeside Shopping Street, while the Street Mall has been planned for Jiaozhouwan Fortune Plaza.

In recent years, the Group has also opened fashion chain stores in prestigious shopping malls in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xian, Hong Kong and other cities in China. Offering French and Italian brands popular among fashion forward customers, these stores have experienced phenomenal growth.
