Beijing Fortune Plaza
Beijing Fortune Plaza lies in the northern section of East Third Ring Road, occupying the core location in Beijing’s Central Business District (CBD). In the north of the Plaza is Jingguang Center, in the south are Kerry Center and China World Trade Center, and in the east across Third Ring Road is the new headquarters of China Central Television (CCTV). Floor area totaling about 730,000 m2 is provided over the 9.21-hectare site, with the tallest building rising to 265 m. The Plaza has five super tall buildings incorporating grade-A offices, luxury apartments, hotel-style serviced apartments, the 5-star Grand Millennium Beijing, commercial and retail outlets, leisure and entertainment facilities as well as a central plaza of nearly 10,000 m2. The project is divided into three phases. Phase 1 spanned from 2001 to 2005, with the construction of Offices Block A and Apartments Block A covering a GFA of about 250,000 m2. In Phase 2, Grand Millennium Beijing, Fortune Heights and Fortune Mall totaling 300,000 m2 in GFA will be built. Construction commenced in 2004 and was finished by the end of July 2009. Covering a GFA of about 180,000 m2 and rising to 265 m, Offices Block B is planned for Phase 3, which started in July 2009 and is due to complete by the end of 2012.
Beijing Fortune Plaza is an award winning project, having been conferred awards like “2006 China’s Top Ten New Landmark Mixed-Use Real Estate Development Projects”, “2006 China Construction Lu Ban Award”, “2003 and 2006 Beijing Architecture (Structure) Great Wall Cup Gold Prize” and “2005 and 2008 Beijing Architecture (Completion) Great Wall Cup Gold Prize”.







Chongqing Fortune Plaza



Chongqing Fortune Plaza is jointly developed by HKI Group and a group of internationally renowned experts including Axis Group from Germany, HRC from Hong Kong, Benoy from Britain and Woodhead from Australia. It is at the heart of Chongqing New North Zone, covering a site of 32 hectares and a floor area of nearly 800,000m2. Jiaozhouwan Fortune Plaza



Jiaozhouwan Fortune Plaza lies at the heart of Jiaozhou’s business district, Shandong Province. Covering a total floor area of 220,000 m2 at a site of more than 6 hectares, it is the largest urban renewal project in Jiaozhou featuring star hotel, “fortune” apartments, commercial centers and specialty shopping streets. Almost 100,000 m2 in floor area is dedicated to open-air commercial developments, which form the first experiential shopping zone in the Jiaozhouwan region complete with retail, entertainment, dining, leisure, financial, sports, cultural and luxury residential services. The grand foundation laying ceremony for Jiaozhouwan Fortune Plaza was held in November 2005, followed by the opening of Street Mall Phase 1 in September 2007. The project has been highly praised, having received such commendations as “2006 Classical Architecture of Commercial Properties” and “2006 China’s Most Influential New Mixed-Use Development”.


Cyber Tower



Cyber Tower is located at the junction of the western section of North Third Ring Road and Zhongguancun Avenue, Beijing. The Tower and its neighbours – Modern Plaza in the north across Third Ring Road, Shuang An Market in the east and Friendship Hotel in the west – form the economic gateway in the heart of Zhongguancun. Occupying a total floor area of about 250,000 m2, the development has Cyber Towers A and B, Cyber Mode, a convention center, and expatriate apartments, with the tallest structure rising to 125 m. Nan Xin Cang International Tower is located southwest of Dongsishitiao Bridge and adjacent to New Poly Plaza, where the core of Beijing’s East Second Ring Business Zone lies. City Nova

Riverview Court


Riverview Court forms an important part of Chanba Financial Business District, which is developed jointly by HKI Group and Administrative Committee of Xian Chanba Ecological District. The project is at the heart of Xian Chanba Financial Business District, an important extension of Xian as the city expands eastwards.
